 I wanted to share with you some big key ideas that I’ll be coming back to all day:

Your content creation for your business needs to fit your energy, brain, interests, goals and life.

If your content creation fluctuates, that’s OK.

You don’t owe content to anyone, and anything you *do* put out there is a win.

You get to create content in a way that is fun and interesting for you. And if that looks different to what others say is ‘best practice’, that’s fine!

All content is a series of experiments. Approach this as part art, part science.

You do whatever is best for you and your business, and show up (or don’t) as much as you can each day and week.
